Abstract

Paraurethral leiomyomas represent a rare type of tumor of the genitourinary woman tract. Very few cases have been reported in the literature so far, without finding publications on the matter in our country.

On this occasion, we report a case of a 56-year-old female who presents a history of a protruding mass at the urethral opening. Confirming the diagnosis through histopathological study, with surgical treatment and total improvement of the clinical picture.
